Cooked my first vegan/pasta dinner tonight! Delicious! Stir fryed broccoli, celery, zucchini and mushrooms over Angel hair pasta with a white sauce made with skim milk & cornstarch adding salt/pepper/dash of garlic powder. Very tasty and nutritional and enjoyed a glass of wine Yummy dinner. Primary Dr. suggested switching to vegan high nutritional foods which are anti-inflammatory because Scleroderma is inflammation. We decided it is worth a try and tonight was successful.
