Cooking again... Having a girlfriend over for some homemade sangria, girltalk and dinner...grilled flank steak (marinated in red wine and lovingly rubbed with Flat Irons prime rib rub), fresh bread from the oven, kale sauteed with pancetta, garlic, crushed red pepper and paper thin parmigiano reggiano ... and sliced fresh tomatoes from the garden, sprinkled with sea salt, shredded fresh herbs from the garden and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.... Love to create...
