Cooking is all about mixing and matching n exploring whatever knowledge or recipes one have. Before embarking on some adventurous new cooking project one has to do some research on various recipes - coming form my own experience and effort. Lotsa people just love to take the easy way out of cooking/preparing something when seeing others do it. All they can do is ask for recipes and yes we can share our recipes but its not a guarantee that it will turn out exactly the same as what the originator cooked. There are days that we have bad cook hair days too. So who do we lament n complain to? No one but back to doing some recipe searching and understanding the science of ingredients used and methods. To those who just love to compare and complain why given the same recipe theirs just dont turn out the same well what can I say? If one is passionate about their foods, they will not give up and do the necessary hard work of practicing and tweaking n finding one that works. There are no perfect recipes n perfect human beings. I just loathe it when people just love to comment why this is softer/moist compared to what u shared earlier? U know sharing n teaching someone to cook is worst than teaching a kid to write come to think of it. If u ask me will I want to give a class to those who requested? The answer is NO!!!! At times we give our all and yet so many people these days take things for granted and just love to be spoon fed from every little step. Sigh. Humans are a damn nuisance!
