Cooking is neither my love, nor my forte, especially when it comes to quantity cooking. Tell me to cook more than 4 things or for more than 4 people, and I am lost :( My husband has lots of distant cousins staying here as singles. They, some 20-30 of them, get together every friday and make all sorts of things from khichda to masala dosa and haleem to pav bhaji, in BULK! Hafeez joins them many times. So that, and also the new car, called for a treat. Knowing my handicap, he sponsored this Fridays lunch.
