Cool story from my friend Linda Branley - if youre in Leederville, please consider supporting the businesses who are just decent people. Phil is a great guy and former Ministerial Advisory Council on Disability member. My Big Bro Phil has a Intellectual Disability. Can not read or write but lives independently and works in out side employment. A great achievement alone. Loves Home and Away and enjoys family time. Because he is a epileptic, his transport is his bike. He rides his bike to and back from work. Many times he will call from work to say he has a flat tyre. Which we sort out very quickly, so little amount of disruption to his routine. Yesterday I received a call from a unknown number. Its Phil. He has got a flat tyre on the way home from work. Walked to Leederville to a bike shop, asked them to repair his flat tyre and gone next door to Cranked Coffee and said my sister always brings me here for coffee can I call her the staff have said of course you can. OMG this place has offered so much kindness by allowing Phil to use their phone AND they gave him a coffee while his bike was being repaired. To some this will seem a so what story but for me this is an amazing mile stone yet again for my Big Bro that I had to share
