Coolest thing... I was at Michaels last night with Xander buying last minute restock for a few pieces for Maverick and Mojaves show this weekend, and I was $2.09 short. I tell the cashier I am going to put back a strand of beads. This beautiful, middle aged blonde woman steps up behind me and says oh, is she short? Here, take it out of here and hands a $10 to the cashier. I politely refused, but she said she wanted to. The cashier hands me the change, and I said thats hers. The woman just smiled and told me to keep it. I explained what a blessing it was, as I had my first show coming up this weekend, and it had been a bit of a struggle with all the stuff going on with my family, and I kinda had a tear try to come out, but blinked them back. Xanny was talking to her and her friend, I was proud of him, he was SO good in that store, no cart plus bead aisle plus 3 year old 2 hours after dinner time without eating, and he just amazed me with his listening, patience, everything. We say our goodbyes, and I hug her, and wish her blessings, thanking her again. Xanny and I were walking to the car to head to my moms, as we have been staying there. My blonde angels friend runs outside, gives me a hug, and presses $20 into my hands, and said take him to dinner, sugar, and know your show is blessed. I mean this happened in like 2 minutes. Been doing a good job of keeping it together, but, man, I cried so hard when I got to the car. That was special. I sure did get that little boy a cheeseburger, and I know that those women have something amazing in store for them. I still shake my head on that encounter. Think they call that mysterious ways.... And I sure will continue that kindness and generosity for someone else someday. ❤️ #payitforward
