Coordinator Product Development and Pricing Applications are invited for the post of Coordinator Product Development and Pricing Department : Marketing Reports to : Manager: Marketing Services Closing date : 06 September 2013 Location : MTN South Sudan Head Office MISSION/CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To manage the development of new Mobile products or product lines and improve the performance of the existing services and products in order to maximize Revenue and Market penetration. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare Mobile product and services marketing plans that address the Market Assessment. • Develops implements and manages MTN South Sudan mobile products and service plan. • Manages mobile product life cycle, recommends and implements products strategy to achieve market penetration • Draft mobile product literature for internal and external use • Test any products and services before they are vetted to be put on the market • Identify new market applications and emerging technologies, recommend and facilitate deployment of innovative value added solutions • Maintain a product strategy in line with the company license obligations as well as maintaining a cordial relationship with the regulatory body in line with their objectives • Assist with pricing of products and roaming • Make sure that mobile product information on the website is put to date. • Regularly interacts with staff and management from all areas required to support development and maintenance of product marketing strategies • conduct market environment analysis and monitoring product performance QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Education: A degree in Marketing and Sales or its equivalent Experience: 2 - 3 years’ experience in product development and marketing function of a multi- products and a minimum of 1 year in a telecommunications industry. KNOWLEDGE • Computer literacy ,Good interpersonal skills ,Financial acumen ,Self starter and Self driven • Extremely good communication and negotiating skills, Assertive and persuasive TRAINING • Business modeling, Project management SKILLS • Ability to work under pressure • Advanced communication; interpersonal and reporting skills • Analytical skills ,Business savvy, Corporate finance, Information management • Negotiation skills, Risk assessment, Risk management Preference will be given to South Sudanese nationals.
