All three goals, which included two penalties, came in a remarkable first ten minutes, starting when Daniel Guiza pounced on a loose ball to put Cerro ahead. Julio Dos Santos doubled the Paraguayan side’s lead from the spot before Pablo Calandria responded in kind.
