Copied from a Mobinil colleague Dears, Any one interested Data network first line support Mobinil .. send me his CV atalal@mobinil details below Purpose of the Job Responsible for the operations, support, implementation and planning of data network equipment serving the commercial and enterprise needs. Duties and Responsibilities -Technically support Network installations, and operations in LAN/WAN environment. -Perform regular network modifications through work orders -Perform daily ,weekly and monthly network healthy check -Provide the First Line support of DN problems on 24/7 basis when needed for all DN equipment present in all mobinil HQs , shops , switches and Packet Core sites remotely and on site. -Diagnose and correct faults in all network components using the available tools and resources. -Participate in all data network projects as needed . -Data network administration (Multilayers , FWs , routers , switches , Load Balancers , ?) -Follow up existing problems and daily actions with staff and vendors. -Perform acceptance Tests for all Data network equipment. Job Specifications Education -Bachelor of Science in Engineering; Electronics & Communications or Computer Engineering. Experience -Minimum 1 year of experience in DN/telecom field. -Good knowledge of data network concepts and devices. -Good understanding in Data Network implementation and Troubleshooting is prefered. -Good Knowledge of the GSM & Packet Core network. -Existance of DN certifications (CCNA) is must . Skills & Abilities -Team player, result & customer oriented. -Quick learner with an endless appetite for knowledge -Reporting Skills. -Ability to work under pressure. -Troubleshooting skills. -Driving License.
