Cops are being disrespected all over America. What is happening? Police officers are in place for to keep peace, uphold justice, and protect all of us. They are loyal public servants. It can sometimes be a thankless job. These men and women put their lives on the line every single day for our safety. They know there is that possibility they could die and wont be returning home. Thats huge. What a duty to have. I have respect for the police. There are cops who are dirty, corrupt, rude, and racist. They abuse their power. They are the total opposite of what the badge stands for. Those cops do exist. But, thats not every police officer. No way. These disgraceful cops shouldnt reflect every cop that serves across the country. Not every cop hates black people and has an agenda to kill black men. Thats such a extremely stupid way of thinking. Thats a generalization. I know a few cops and state troopers and they are great guys. They take their job seriously. What happened in NYC on Saturday with the violent murders of those two NYPD cops in their car is terrible and tragic. That should have never happened. The guy that did that was an idiot with no morals and no conscience. And he was a coward by taking his life and not facing justice for his crimes. This kind of crap shouldnt happen. They had families and its Christmastime. Something must change in our culture. This cant go on. Next time you see a police officer, thank them for what they do. I know theyll appreciate it.
