Cops enforce the laws, but what if the laws are corrupt. Just as a corrupt legislator will only result in the weakening of our system of justice. A cop who is unable to see their duty to the community and its well being first, cannot be expected to be capable of enforcing the laws properly. Narrow minded, form filling, back stabbing, self centered assholes will always work to destroy our principles of justice, fairness, and the American way.
