Coral reefs are unique ecosystems that are not only hotspots for biodiversity, but also provide countless ecological services. They are, however, facing threats of bleaching caused by rising sea surface temperatures due to climate change factors. Through a collaborative approach withThe Nature Conservancy, GER certified Long Run Destination Chumbe Island Coral Park held a workshop to create awareness and increase the knowledge of the community about reef resilience.
