Corbin and I often used to stop on our travels and harvest wild - TopicsExpress

Corbin and I often used to stop on our travels and harvest wild bahguwanah or wild peppermint. Mainly because its my favorite kind of herbal tea and the wild stuff is so much stronger and tastier than the domesticated kind! Corbin used to say that bahguwanah helps stomach aches and diarrhea as well as helping clear dandruff in your hair. When the flowers are on the peppermint that is when they should be harvested. I do not have any wild peppermint growing here where I live so I have to grow my own. I pick the leaves with stems on and hang them up to dry for a week or so and have a supply of dried leaves to make tea with over Winter.
