Core Challenge: Day 1 - Bicycles Were going to start with one of my favorite core exercises. I love it because there are so many variations you can do! To start, lie on your back and lift your head off the ground. You should have about a fist distance between your chin and your chest. I have learned to lead with my shoulders, instead of my elbows. On the 2nd & 3rd variation, I am gently pushing on my knees to create resistance. Make sure youre engaging your abs and breathing with all of the variations. Start with 2-3 sets of 10-20 reps. When youre done, tell me in the comments which variation you chose to do! Never Give In!! As with any exercise, listen to your body! If you feel pain or discomfort, modify or stop! Please dont injure yourself!!
