UP AND DOWN PLANKS with SIDE TO SIDE PLANK HIP DROPS ▶Core tight, body solid and tight... Complete a plank position with the following... ▶ Slowly push your body up and slowly bring your body down. NO ROCKING and dont let your form drop. REPEAT 10X, REST AND COMPLETE SECOND EXERCISE ▶ From a low plank position, slowly drop your right hip to the right, bring back up and REPEAT on left side. REPEAT 10X, REST ▶How many rounds can you do? **feel free to modify if you need to. Get it done and tag #sandysmoveoftheday
