Double tap if you like an exercise that works multiple muscles at once. 1⃣Start in a full plank, shoulders over wrists. 2⃣Rotate to a side plank while lifting the top leg and arm simultaneously. 3⃣Hold the balance, come back to regular plank then repeat on the other side. Repeat until you lose form (Sorry for one side looking weaker than the other but Im recovering from an arm injury)
