Core-vember: Day 19. Ok so Ive been a bit M.I.A towards the end of Nov but hey its my bday & I needed to chillax ;) So Core-vember will continue past Nov into Dec until Xmas takes over control & I dont have time to do anything :P This video is a quick explanation on good form for a plank. Plank is definitely a staple in many peoples workout routine but there are some shocking techniques out there. Avoid the hips sagging down to create that arch in the lower back. Keep pulling those abs in & its definitely mind over matter so try and listen to a song rather than the voice in you head telling you to quit.
