Corey has returned from surgery. He woke up and thought it all was a bad dream but then realized it was not, poor guy was so confused. He has significant injuries most serious are the pilon fractures. He will have 2 more surgeries in 2 weeks. He will probably not walk for over 3 months. He also has yet another plate in his leg now. (A pilon fracture is a type of fracture involving the distal tibia. These are considered to represent 1 - 10% of all lower limb fractures. Typically occurs as a result of an axial loading injury which drives the talus into the tibial plafond.)
