Oh man that plane must have smelled amazing. 45 pounds of Amarillo and 45 pounds of Sorachi Ace wet hops picked just 9 hours prior to the brew went into our big hop back. The centennial and cascade whole leaf hops went into our small hop back. We bittered with New Zealand Rakau, Wakau, and Motueka, as well as Australian Summer hops. Huge stone fruit warmth and this one will quench any hop heads thirst for a hop wallop to your tastebuds.120 ibus 10 % abv yeah its gonna be a beast. Not a fault liner then you better get your but down here and grab one if the handful of spots left or you just might miss the boat.
