Corky REALLY surprised me tonight. Im not sure if its because he is growing out new tail feathers (very itchy!) or maybe he is getting more bold as he grows older, but he took a shower with me! In all of his 4 years he has NEVER done that. He usually washes in a pie plate in the sink or in his water bowl. The closest he ever gets to the shower is sitting on the shower rod and letting the steam hit him. He loves that! (and its good for them too!) I have to say Im very proud of him. He washed like a human too lol he just stood there and let the warm water wash over him.
