Cornbread with Creamed Corn I added my own touches and it came out great, kids loved it and it was nice and moist!! 2 box jiffy cornbread mix 1 can creamed corn 2 eggs, lightly beaten 2/3 cup milk 2 spoonfuls of minced garlic very finely mined fresh parsley and basil Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a cast iron skillet or medium baking dish. In a large mixing bowl add the eggs, minced garlic, basil and parsley and creamed corn. Add milk last and stir till well blended. Then add Jiffy mix and stir until just incorporated. Let your mixture set for a few mins before pouring it in the pan. Pour the batter into the prepared skillet or baking dish and smooth the top. Bake until cornbread is golden yellow, about 20-30 minutes.
