Cornwall Wildlife Trust requires a part-time(2.5 days per week)Business Support Co-ordinator - temporary maternity cover (13 months). This appointment is working in the Marketing and Fundraising department, with a potential start date of Thursday 18th July. This exciting and varied role involves the implementation of targeted fundraising and profile raising activities for Cornwall Wildlife Trust. It will suit a person with excellent organisation and communication skills. It requires the post-holder to support the Head of Marketing and Fundraising with the implementation of the marketing and fundraising strategies as necessary, leading on the Cornwall Wildlife Trust and The Isles of Scilly Wildlife Trust’s Business Supporter schemes: § Working to budget income targets, identify and engage with local businesses to encourage business membership, visitor gifting schemes and general fundraising and in-kind support for Cornwall Wildlife Trust. § Ensuring that all business membership and transactions are administered. § Build and develop relationships with businesses who are already involved with the Trust. § Organise corporate events as appropriate. § Represent the Trust at business networking events as appropriate. § Secure the Trust’s annual wildlife raffle prizes. § Responsible for sponsorship and reciprocal arrangements where necessary. § Secure the Trust’s annual calendar sponsorship. § Secure advertising for Wild Cornwall and Wild Scilly magazine. § Co-ordinate the Trust’s involvement of the Wildlife Friendly Business Award in the Cornwall Tourism Awards. § Promote the Business Supporter scheme through the use of digital media, traditional media and corporate events. § Develop The Isles of Scilly Wildlife Trust’s Business Supporter scheme.
