Corporate Account Manager - Midrand, Gauteng Our client is looking for a Corporate Accounts Manager to join their team. The successful incumbent should come from the IT or Healthcare Industry and have a least 5 years experience in a Corporate Environment. Min education - Degree Speak Afrikaans Tertiary qualification Commerce or Business science qualification would add value At least 5 years professional experience in related field (IT/Healthcare industry). Must have experience in dealing at a corporate level. Travelling: Mostly local travel Office hours: As required by clients/business requirements. 08h00 - 17h00 Other: Attend industry conferences and events as and when required Purpose: Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with allocated portfolio of corporate/key clients and trading partners to ensure that we remain their first choice as a business partner. Relationships must be established through all levels within the client organisation. Strong focus on business development within the allocated portfolio of clients to entrench the appropriate products and services. KAM healthcare/industry knowledge is of such a high level that corporate clients regard them as a trusted partner and consultant. Primary duties and responsibilities: Account management including relationship management, contract negotiations and SLA management. Meeting and growing revenue goals from allocated accounts. Business development including the management of client requirements from identification, initiation up to the implementation of the appropriate solution through the use of project management principles. Thorough knowledge of all business processes with the ability to analyse and use business acumen to implement the most appropriate solutions for each client. Fully accountable for area of responsibility. Remains the primary contact for the corporate client/ trading partner.
