Corporate News: # NMDCs sales rose 17% to 27.43 million tonnes in the first 11 months of the current financial year on higher demand from steel makers. The countrys largest producer of the key steel-making input had sold 23.43 million tonnes of iron ore in the same period of the previous financial year. Production increased to 26.42 million tonnes from 23.52 million tonnes. # Mindtree is providing application support and evolutionary maintenance services to air transport communications and IT solutions firm SITA for the latters new strategic finance system (SFS) platform. The company had reported Rs 360.44 crore net profit in the corresponding period last fiscal. Total revenue of the went up by over 8% to Rs 1,112.12 crore during the period compared to Rs 1,027.11 crore a year ago
