Corporate QC/QA Manager / KSA Posted on 19 سبتمبر, 2013 JOB SUMMARY:- ————————————– Shall have demonstrated knowledge and training in ISO 9001 international standard or equivalent. He shall be able to exercise judgment against the criteria of the standards. He shall have direct experience in Quality Assurance system activities in managing quality system related to the contract scope of work (oil, gas, petrochemical projects, infrastructure and communication). KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :- —————————————– -Establish and manage all Quality functions per ISO 9001 requirements. Overall responsible for all kind of procedures preparation, written instructions, reporting Top Management to share the productive inputs which could lead to successes in current and future company’s inter‐departmental processes. -Responsible for review of company Quality Manual to bring further enhancement in the quality management system. -Heading the QA/QC department broadly by ensuring implementation of the company established procedures, quality management system are functional and being monitored for further changes for continual improvements -Reviewing the existing company policy, correlating to the measurable quality objectives in line with the company’s business. -To plan internal audits at corporate for each department, sending notifications and audit results to process owners for corrective actions. Guidelines, written instructions to all the QMS process owners for further betterment. -To plan the requirement of QA/QC personnel’s to allocate form the existing pool and further to look for the need of qualified QA/QC staff for current and future projects. -Coordination with ISO certification body for surveillance audit and subsequent follow ups for corrective and preventive actions from audit results outcomes . -Scheduling the periodic Management Review Meetings to highlight the internal/external audit results which need management’s intervention for further improvement in the QMS. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:- —————————————————- Minimum Qualifications & Experience : -University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline - MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification would be an advantage - Overall 15 to 25 years experience in which minimum 15 years of Managerial experience specifically in QA/QC Department in oil, gas and petrochemical projects. - Middles East experience must be considered a priority. - Previous background in ARAMCO standards Job-Specific Skills: -Training in ISO 9001 - CSWIP, CWI/AWS, NDT/ASNT are preferred - With excellent ability in report writing, business and technical correspondence and data analysis -Possess team leadership, management and business administration capabilities and with very good negotiation and communications skills. - Knowledge of Microsoft application software (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - Auto Cad is required.
