Corrupt Lufkin, TX police officers caught creating fake incident reports to cover their efforts to intimidate and harass a disabled veteran. Where is the good cop? Lufkin, TX traffic cop Christopher Carroll wrote a disabled veteran a ticket. The vet disputed the ticket in court which apparently upset Officer Carroll. After all, how dare someone dispute a ticket that he wrote? Some days later the veteran was eating at Chick-fil-A when officer Carroll along with 5 other officers came in. Officer Carroll strolls over to the mans table and without saying a word takes a picture of the man. It was clearly an effort to intimidate. But thats where it gets more sinister. Not long after the incident at Chick-fil-A he gets a ticket for parking in a handicapped spot. This was done illegally because the man has disabled plates. The officer who wrote the handicapped ticket is Officer Toby Stanaland. The vet complained about the handicap parking ticket and received a call from the department apologizing for the mistake. In his efforts to find out what the police were really up to he files a public information request. After he files a public information request, the police (including Officer Carroll, Officer Stanaland, dispatcher Jacqueline Hale and others) collude to cover up the incident of intimidation at Chick-Fil-A. Even creating false incident reports to justify showing up there to take a picture of the man. They even had dispatcher Jacqueline Hale in on it asking her to create a suspicious person incident at Chick-Fil-A and show the veteran as the subject of the suspicious person incident to justify them being there and taking his picture. How is it that Lufkin police Department can so blatantly abuse their authority, lie, harass and intimidate innocent citizens? Who is watching THEM? Interesting update: Officer Christopher Carroll is now saying that he has observed the veteran drive past his house at a high rate of speed multiple times, yet made no report. He further claims that he personally observed him in the city hall parking lot flipping him off and then driving off at a high rate of speed, again no documentation or incident report, claims the man has a history of following officers who remain unnamed, and yet again no incident report. All efforts to cover up their efforts to intimidate and harass. (Attached is the Lufkin PD Computer-aided Dispatch log of the officers discussing the plan to cover their tracks, creating false incident reports in efforts to justify their criminal behavior, also attached is the parking ticket and a photo of Officer Toby Stanaland) They collude with dispatch to falsely document their locations. They apparently get the dispatcher to sign them out at locations they are not even at...Unreal. In the comments section are new documents showing the dates of the now stalking reports done by the officers AFTER the public information requests were requested for Officer Carroll taking a picture.
