Corrupt and Illegal acts from the cops are coming out daily. I suggest every police force in the country go under direct scrutiny and shake down for actions taken in last 20 years as there are officers in service in that time frame. I believe that there should be their own internal and a private or independent board chosen by the people not government to review police for the next 612 months and then report directly to a website-media etc. Then departments found in fruad and corruption can be fined, etc and trageted by the federal-state etc. I suggest independent people to be protected or anonymous to prevent harrasment and maybe even out of state or area. Officers found with some sort of situation to be evaluated to be terminated or retrained and hit them in the pocket book..their salaries etc. and YES Police Unions will have no say as they have no juridiction or they will be also be evaluated as well as prison guards. We need to change the atmosphere of the police force´s to become again PEACE OFFICERS and not a standing army of oppresion. The Rule of LAW must be used fairly to all people including officers of the LAW. They are not above the LAW and the training must include emotional, psychological and personality evaluations. Related to the community they live in and where and what they have experienced. this must happen ASAP as if this does not happen the critical point of trust with law abiding citizens will be lost and more situations will occur that worsen the environment of Peace. USA is becoming a constant dangerous ground zero of tensions and we do not need to go there in this time of human transformation. LOVE, Compassion and Peace must prevail. Time to really make changes PEOPLE, no more political talk and salesmen pitch´s... One Love
