Corruption at its finest. I find it VERY difficult to understand what is so COMPLICATED? about the unlawful seizure of my grandson, Jayden. CPS workers filed false police reports, claiming Jayden was a missing child with full knowledge that Jayden was with his mother. They DID NOT conduct an investigation, violated Arizona Dept. of Economic Security policy and procedure, violated Arizona statutes Title 8 and Title 13 - held SECRET COURT hearings WITHOUT NOTICE to mother. Then CPS used the police who threatened to break into our home and ARREST my daughter and I if we did NOT hand over Jayden. Do you think for ONE minute that the repo guy could come to your home and take your car with just CLAIMS that you did NOT make your payment? The lien holder would have to have evidence of non-payment. Do you think for ONE minute that the bank who holds your mortgage can come and change the locks on your home, and throw you out without evidence that you defaulted on your loan? Do you think a cop can walk up to you and place you in handcuffs just because he wanted to? There has to be PROBABLE CAUSE and a PREPONDERANCE OF EVIDENCE. The material THINGS - a house, a car - one can simply just go buy another house, another car. Your FREEDOM cant be BOUGHT!! A child, your FLESH AND BLOOD is UNIQUE and CANNOT NEVER EVER BE REPLACED. Do you know what the FOURTH AMENDMENT OF THE US CONSTITUTION says? The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation. The Fourth Amendment guarantees that parents will not be separated from their children without due process of law except in emergencies. This right to family association requires government officials to obtain prior judicial authorization before intruding on a parents custody of her child unless they possess information at the time of the seizure that establishes reasonable cause to believe that the child is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury and that the scope of the intrusion is reasonably necessary to avert that specific injury. Where was the PROBABLE CAUSE, where was the EMERGENCY to seize little JAYDEN? Even the police wrote in their report NO SIGNS OF ABUSE OR NEGLECT Jaydens doctor reports reflect NO ABUSE OR NEGLECT - lest we forget that medical professionals are mandated reporters!! THE Arizona Declaration of Rights Article II § 3 “The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land.” § 4 -“No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.” § 8 “No person shall be disturbed in his private affairs, or his home invaded, without authority of law.” Where was Jaydens mothers guaranteed right to due process of law when CPS and the Attorney General held SECRET HEARINGS without providing NOTICE to mother? I the repo guy took your car and the bank took your home would you NOT be entitled to defend yourself in a court of LAW? What if the cop that arrested you and you were incarcerated and sent to prison WITHOUT A TRIAL and WITHOUT the opportunity to defend yourself - WOULD THIS NOT BE A VIOLATION OF YOUR GUARANTEED RIGHT TO DUE PROCESS? I have attached a PDF file between 2008 and 2012 which reflects the age groups TARGETED by CPS - guess which ONE? AGES 1-5!! WHY? Because these children are the MOST ADOPTABLE!!! The next age group is 13-17. Why this group? They are NOT adoptable but guess what these children can be in the system and the state can collect federal funds 1-5 years and then they age out of the system - dropped off at the homeless shelter at 12th Ave and Jefferson - CASS to fend for themselves after they have been bounced from abusive foster home to another abusive foster home. We have several videos of these children who aged out exactly like this!!! NO FAMILY TIES, NO FRIENDS AND NO WAY OUT!!! The other report is a document I composed from ACTUAL REPORTS between 2006 - 2012 fiscal reports sent to the Governor from the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) versus unduplicated reports sent to the Federal Government which is what allocates GRANTS & FEDERAL FUNDING to CPS. Between 2006 and 2011 ADES INFLATED the children in ‘Out of Home placement’ to the Federal Government by a cumulative TOTAL OF 27,764 CHILDREN Between 2006 and 2011 ADES INFLATED the number of children adopted to the Federal Government by a cumulative TOTAL OF 5,385 CHILDREN ADOPTED. Take a look at the pdf file which reflects Arizonas adoption incentives - these are bonuses collected by the state of Arizona for meeting and EXCEEDING the baseline adoptions. Keep in mind when you look at the bonuses for 2010 and 2011. It was in 2010 that BOTH CLARENCE CARE AND TOM HORNE TOOK OFFICE!!!! CPS unlawfully seizing children is a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR industry - dont you think that Jayden will bring them MILLIONS? He is a BEAUTIFUL, HEALTHY 8 MONTH OLD THAT THEY CAN COLLECT FEDERAL FUNDS ON FOR AT LEAST 2 - 2.5 YEARS which brings the state OVER $7,000.00 A MONTH JUST FOR HOUSING. This is just a very small tip of the research I have and the reports of what I call organized crime and corruption in a state-sanctioned-kidnap-for-profit-scheme and this begins when CPS UNLAWFULLY SEIZES A CHILD - JUST LIKE JAYDEN!! HOW MANY MORE CHILDREN, HOW MANY MORE FAMILIES WILL BE DESTROYED BEFORE OUR NEW MEDIA OPENS THE BLIND EYES OF SOCIETY? I CANT LIVE WITH A GOOD CONSCIENCE IN SILENCE, ESPECIALLY WHEN I SEE THE TRUTH.
