Couch to 5K Day 2: Out of 5 sets of healthy legs to go out running, 2 came back with skinned knees and 1 came back with a blister on one foot. What we learned today: 1.(Chaney-blistered foot) Even doing half the workout is better than none. 2. (Phillip skinned knee) roller blades while fun should only be used in the day time. 3. (KatieJo skinned knee) Stuart and KatieJo should not race when there is mud on the walk way we are running on. 4. Maija is only in it if moms running. Otherwise she makes a GREAT cheerleader! and 5. Just because I dont run as fast as Stuart and KatieJo doesnt mean my workout doesnt count. #couchto5krocks
