Steve Stockman has introduced the so-called Ansel Adams Bill into the House natural resources committee. HR 5893 would prohibit the Forest Service, Park Service, BLM and others from interfering / constraining Photographers rights to take photos and movies on public lands or public spaces. No more seizures of equipment and memory cards or charging exorbitant fees with heavy restrictions for access to a National Park or forest or BLM . Well see.
