Could not be prouder of myself right now. Anyone who knows me knows I have never suffered confidence wise....... until it comes to swimming the thought of getting in a pool scared me something stupid. The thought of getting my moobs out in public made me nervous. Tonight I had my first swimming lesson I got my top off and just went for it, okay so I only swam nearly half a length with an aid but that is a massive achievement for me. I didnt use the butterfly or backstroke I went for the drowning beach whale and it worked just perfectly. So happy!!! Cant wait for next week :-)
