Could you all pray for an old lady I met tonight at the hospital- My heart is so heavy for her. I overheard a phone conversation she made while in the waiting room- asking the only ONE person that she had to call to come and help her with her 18 mo old great great grandson that SHE is raising, overheard her say she had NO money etc. She is very elderly. She needed help holding him, soothing him, because he was very sick and it was too much for her at her age. They couldnt or wouldnt come:( She nicely said Ok honey- got off the phone and sat and cried. It broke my heart:( I asked her if I could help her in any way- holding the baby, money, etc. She accepted both forms of help and thanked me repeatedly. I am not naïve enough to think that my few dollars or holding that baby for a half hour helped her that much. I got her ph # and gave her mine but I just would like you to all pray for this woman please. Her name was Maple.
