Couldnt stop thinking about chocolate and then I got inspired by a post on Instagram.. So I had no choice but to make something. ☺️Heres my version. I call it: Mini Peanut Butter Banana & Chocolate Towers ❤️ You need: 2 Bananas (place in freezer for 2 hours prior) Smooth peanut butter Cooking chocolate Optional: White chocolate flakes & Strawberry Ready? 1) Melt 80g of cooking chocolate by following one of the suggested instructions on the packaging. I used the stove top and mixed in a bit of milk and coconut oil for a smoother consistency. Allow to cool. 2) Slice bananas into 1-1.5cm thick - round cuts 3) Spread sufficient amount of peanut butter on a banana slice, then top up with another slice to create a tower #Sandwich 4) Dip your mini towers in the chocolate and place on plate with baking paper. Place in freezer for 15 minutes 5) serve on plate, drizzle more chocolate and sprinkle some white chocolate flakes. Place a strawberry on the side for a prettier effect ☺️ #loveyouG❤️
