Council Retreat: Mayor Dykstra Bookends of Downtown – Waterfront to East (power plant) corridor Community reinvestment BPW – Expansion of snowmelt/energy plan Managing transition of staff – Neighborhood infrastructure – Reduce rental numbers, Maybe returning to old ways of doing things and having discussions. May be losing some of the regional/sharing conversation. Are we an area or are we back to individual entities. The pressure has diminished for “regional” discussions. Are we individuals or are we “Holland Area”. Myron Trethewey: Just because we dont talk about recycling and resource recovery doesnt mean they are not important.
