Council Tax issue. I bought a property. Completed 12th December 2013. Paid no council tax as yet. They havent caught up with me but they will soon Im sure LOL. Anyway, I wanted to advise them of my ownership of the property and the new tenant moved in on Monday 31st March 2014. Question is...there is no such thing as empty property discount anymore. Should I claim the single person discount instead for that period? Thoughts please.
