Councillor News:- Via Douglas Chapman Theres a planning application in for the former social work building on Park Road. The applicant wants to convert the building into a House of Multiple Occupation for up to 30 residents. The application, as it stands, will be decided by officers of Fife Council. If there are more than 5 objections then the decision will be made by Councillors who sit on the West Area Planning Committee. As of today, a formal offer to buy the building from the Council has been lodged, subject to the planning application being successful.
