Councilor Chad M. Banks I’m very excited about this project that I facilitated for the former First Security Bank building downtown. I’m confident it will be a great improvement to the building and our downtown. I also hope it becomes a roadmap for others with vacant buildings. I’ll post photos as the project progresses. Artistic board-up is a cost effective, safe way to secure vacant and abandoned buildings. Decoratively painted panels that look like windows and doors cover the openings.
