Boundaries allow others to know what we will and won’t tolerate. Without boundaries we allow physical , emotional, psychological, and spiritual abuse. Its ok, (yes even as a Christian) when self centered people become angry with you, it means you have set some boundaries and are learning to say no. If dominating people people are ‘not feeling you” it means you have set some boundaries and are not tolerating their abuse. Or when manipulators, can no longer pull your string, and when the infiltrators can no longer infiltrate, and poison your mind: you know that you have set some “real tight boundaries”
