Counseling and uplifting those afflicted with mental illness, drug - TopicsExpress

Counseling and uplifting those afflicted with mental illness, drug addiction, and HIV was my job and ministry when this happened to me. I counseled mostly men, but a portion of my client base was GLBT, so I know that domestic violence is not just a man to woman issue, and many of my clients issues stemmed from violence in their homes as children. I will likely counsel this population again, but now preventing others from becoming victims of domestic violence is my priority...naturally. Please help me by continuing to share my story. Dont stop. Post over and over, and donate. I met people yesterday that live in Atlanta and had not heard of this highly publicized story because they dont watch the news. They thought I was just a poor funny looking soul...until I showed them what I looked like before, and they were blown away. So keep spreading the word. I dont want people to feel sorry for me, I want them to learn from my experience, to live and be kept from harm. Everyone has a purpose, this is mine. #sharechristysstory christysims.org Every interview and video that Ive ever done is on my website and YouTube channel. Invite them to my Christy Sims Foundation Facebook page too. We are also on Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram. When all else fails, just Google me. The latest video is still on my blog christysims.org/blog How can I stop talking about this? Would you if someone did this to you and your kids? Keep sharing...keep donating.
