Countdown to Spartathlon: 16 days 9 hours. Not much to do in trainingwise anymore, just need to stay healthy, avoid negative thoughts and keep maintaining positive attitude. This week is still quite normal training, tapering (and packing) starts next week. Ive had some troubles with my legs earlier this year, but summer training has been relatively good, Ive been in good health and Ive managed to do my long training runs as I had planned so situation could be much worse at the moment.
