Counting down until Christmas.... Last fitness Plates & Suspension Fitness at The Island 8th December and last Yoga at Windmill Hill 10th December. It gets hard at this time of year to keep up your fitness routine but keep it going as an antidote to festive indulgence. Think now about how you want to feel come January. It does not matter what you do just keep active! Pushed for time? Short sharp workouts are great for keeping your fitness ticking along. Im planning to grab a skipping rope and try this workout:
