Out of every crisis comes the chance to be reborn, to reconceive ourselves as individuals, to choose the kind of change that will help us to grow and fulfill ourselves more completely Nena ONeil We all have crisis, usually minor ones, sometimes major. Although a crisis is seldom a good event, how we handle them is a role we have to take seriously. We have to determine first the severity, is this just a blip on my day or is this something that is going to change my life? Its surprising how many people take a seemingly minor crisis and turn it into a big deal. if it is minor it must be treated as such. Next, we have to decide how we handle the crisis, when we look at a crisis calmly, we can accept what has happen and if there is a solution, a calm mind will see a solution and the ability to change it. When a crisis has passed and they will pass, the time comes for reflection. This is our chance to learn and grow with our crisis; perhaps to make a change in our life and thus be reborn. I have not had many crisis as of late, but yesterday I had several mini ones, so ....Today, I am thankful that yesterday I handled a series of mini crisis with calm and a clear mind to find solutions to the ones that I could and to accept the changes that came with the ones I couldnt...
