Countries that made withdrawals in Miss Universe 2013 and their reasons. Lets start with: 1. Cayman Islands - Cayman Island withdraw for this year as there was no pageant held in Cayman Island to represent in this years Miss Universe. 2. St. Lucia - Same as Cayman Islands, there was no pageant held this year; 3. Ireland - Ireland made withdrawals as they reschedule to join next year; 4. Cyprus - The date of Star Cyprus is in conflict with the Miss Universe Pageant Schedule; 5. Montenegro - the organization made withdrawal as Nikoleta Jovanović did not meet the minimum age requirement of Miss Universe; 6. Kosovo - This one is a trending topic . Russia did not allow the said country to be part of this years Miss Universe as they dont consider Kosovo as a country; 7. Albania - As Kosovo withdrew, Fadil Berisha, national director of Miss Albania also decided to withdraw as Kosovo was not allowed to participate. The first 5 countries have the very reasons to withdraw this year, but the last two are very controversial as politics were said to be painted on the reasons of their withdrawals. Certainly, it is something to regret as these countries wont be battling and witnessing the actions in Miss Universe this year. #RP
