Any Crown Court would have sufficed, but it seems it was an empty offer. i am to be fast tracked by a court that has no jurisdiction over me and has no authority, to boot, according to Halsburys Law. i trust you will convene in respect of my inalienable rights, as a man of flesh and blood, and not presume I am the legal fiction who has been claimed against. i do actually require you do this, as i know my rights. Furthermore, i respectfully advise that my rights also include a record be kept of the hearing and a jury of at least six [6] be present. Under these very basic terms, i can be assured that my inalienable rights are upheld and i will be treated impartially and fairly, as a man of flesh and blood, namely, mark : lewis, and not the legal fiction of MR MARK LEWIS. Unfortunately, i cannot fill in your forms as they are addressed to a legal fiction, and i as a man, never plea or beg to anyone, nor want from any man. i require that you understand me, when i say, that the presiding Judge will be under his Common Law Oath, both as a Judge and a member of the BAR, as i feel it not necessary to embarrass anyone in asking such obvious questions. That aside, i also require you understand me, when i say that MR. MARK LEWIS is in fact the constructive Trust for the hearing. i comprehend that this trust will be administrated by District Judge McQueen and therefore be the Trustee of this trust for the hearing. i also comprehend that PARKINGEYE corporation, is the Executor of this trust for the hearing, and will be bringing the debt to court. i must, therefore, be the Beneficiary to the trust of MR. MARK LEWIS. i shall require this be made clear from the start of the hearing. You may wish to settle this between yourselves and forego the hearing altogether. i will however, be making a special appearance to recover damages against PARKINGEYE, for their harassment of myself and for damages, set out on page 2. i would like to remind everyone that this our country of England, is still in Common Law Jurisdiction. I refer to our Magna Carta, for which I also enclose a copy of part 2 of Lawful Rebellion as set out in article 61. i would also like to point out that the Magna Carta, The Petition of Rights 1629, and our Bill of Rights 1689, were ratified in perpetuity against this sort of corporate greed and is to protect the people of England. Furthermore, i need not remind anyone that the Oaths made as a Judge and as a member of the BAR are also made with our constitution and common law in mind. “All Grants and Promises of fines and forfeitures, of any particular person, BEFORE a conviction are null and void”. Bill of Rights 1689, and still in force as an irrefutable sealed document. i would also like to remind everyone that Statutes, Acts and Legislations are not LAW. They are rules that were originally to support the constitution, but now are passed without our knowledge and understanding. If this is not presented i will presume they operate outside YOUR statutes. i require proof of alleged debt with actual accounting and not photocopies. The last requirement is important as a corporation cannot claim against a man of living flesh. Only a man or woman can do this. Also, under your Habeas Corpus Act, I require to speak only to the man or woman who has the claim against me. i will be bringing to court a bill for £6060. Enclosed for the record is a letter dated 1st May 2014 laying out an offer of £3500 THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS that was accepted, for addressing myself as a legal fiction, MR MARK LEWIS [crown copyright] and sealed with a signature. i have taken quite offence to this and require compensation. I also have need to fend off this corporation, PARKINGEYE, with letters at my expense and time, at a cost of £30 THIRTY POUNDS per letter. This amounted to more than £60 SIXTY POUNDS, but felt this covered my expenses and time. However, i feel the harassment of this company, has caused myself and my family stress and upset, along with dimishment of stature, as being called a freeman on the land, for which i am certainly not, and will require compensation of £2500, for this, in damages.
