Coupl hours done at the gym today 26degrees ,HIIT workout and bis and tris DTP Im glad I got the whole workout done I have feeling slack just going through the motions and only getting it half done.feeling good bit warm to have the oven on for a while so Sunday roast is going to be an all day affair in the slow cooker on low I want that big chunk of meat to fall apart you should of seen some of those cuts expensive the better quality you get ,I had to go beef been a while might make some souvlakis or kebabs
