Couple of clips from my leg workout today! Week 1 of Carnage with the Mountain Dog Diet - the Bulgarian split squats are a killer! Balance the back foot on the smith machine at a low setting and use a bar pad to support your foot. Using dumbbells, I did 4 x 10 with some iso holds at the end. Tons of pump-tastic action.
