Couple of my favorite leg and booty exercises! 1. Squats, legs together as much as possible. Or open stance, depends on the muscle. 2. Side step, curtsy lunge, side step back lunge. 3. Open squat, step together. 4. Dead lifts (multiple ways to do this one but my fav is keeping the knees bent just a little!) Please do not watch my form on my squats. My preggo belly got in the way. Push your butt back so your knees go over your toes. Always get low but watch your form! Need proper form help, google it! Best tool ever. Do 3 sets of 20 reps each. You WILL BE SORE. :)
