Couple of things we learned today on our adventure to the Lower Keys: 1. Dead, rotting seaweed stinks. Kinda bad. Bahia State Park is beautiful but parts of it smells like a dirty diaper strapped around your neck and a case of stink bombs 2. The Keys are cooler than Miami 3. The water is hot down in the The Florida Keys & Key West 4. Seaweed that touches my feet makes me scream like a little girl. And it also makes me itch. People thought a great white was after me. It was about as bad. 5. You could spend a bizillion dollars in Key West, Florida 6. Sloppy Joes is more for nostalgia purposes than eating but it was neat to say that we went to Sloppy Joes and ate a Sloppy Joe! 7. Jamey and I can outlast the young ones! #amateurs 8. Even if you are darker than you have been in years, always, always, always wear sunscreen. Always #toasty 9. Dead seaweed stinks. Bad... REALLY BAD 10. Always be ready for a photo opt. Today was not one of those Im ready kind of days! (Example being the family pic from Bahia Honda State Park!)
