Couple updates on the last few wow workouts and results. Unfortunately both my awesome champions in Laura Vidot and Joey Charbel were not able to compete in these weeks due to personal circumstances. Both woulda smashed it and cant wait to see them get back into it. Week 7 - this was a stronger workout with strict shoulder press (max weight lifted) and ground to shoulder (max lifted). I was able to get a decent score to push me finally into the top 5 male category overall with 550kg recorded. Week 8 - this was a super workout and combination of fitness/strength and speed and unfortunately my end result wasnt quite what i was expecting but time to put that frustration into this weeks challenge. I recorded 17min 59 sec doing the following 25/20/15/10/5 reps of 50kg standing overhead shoulder press 25/20/15/10/5 reps of burpee box jumps 25/20/15/10/5 resps of butterfly situps Great to see one of my other champions step up to the plate in this workout with Steve Smith able to complete the challenge in a great time of 23.49. This is amazing considering where steve has come from and stay tuned on this as some big results to be posted shortly on steve and his amazing transformation. Week 9 - is a fitness test so will post this by wed when i complete.
