Couple weeks to go till lil break & month to go till important goal. No pressure but gotta step up training, eat quality foods, prioritise and remain focused in the face of energy vampires. We all need targets to aim for, challenges to overcome and people to prove something too (even if its just your inner voices lol). If you havent got an aim/goal in mind, then how do you measure how far youve come or know where youre heading?! Sometimes being vague is a defence mechanism because theres no accountability or failure. But imagine (or remember) how nice it feels to succeed. So, create a small goal, smash it & enjoy the warmth of acceptable smug. LoL. That is my Thursday #warcry. (Btw training partners reqd...lol)
